6. Community Pages
Zilo.com may include message boards, chat rooms and member pages (collectively "Community Pages") which allow users to provide us or other users with feedback and real-time interaction between users. We do not control the messages, information or files delivered to our Community Pages and we have no obligation to monitor them.

Every community needs a diversity of voices, and so Zilo.com is committed to providing you with an opportunity to discuss, debate, challenge and otherwise express yourself provided that you respect others' right to do so as well. This agreement is personal to you and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

This agreement, your rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York, as if the agreement was a contract wholly entered into and to be wholly performed within New York. Any action to enforce this agreement or any matter relating to your use of the site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York, New York and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. This Agreement is not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
